	The Fête des Remparts is a medieval festival held every other year in the picturesque town of Dinan.  The next Fête de Remparts will be held on 24th and 25th July 2010.   The festival is held in  the town of Dinan where there are many half-timbered houses dating back centuries.  Apart from the many free street shows, there are also exhibitions  and activities  held in the walled fortress areas.     Street Entertainers abound, harps and old musical instruments are played and the culmination of the weekend's events is a jousting competition and a parade through the town.      I.
